Once you post your shipment, verified forwarders worldwide receive notifications and submit competitive bids — but their identities stay hidden until you accept. You see bids labeled 'Bidder 1, 2, 3...' with full price, transit time, carrier, and route details. This anti-bypass design forces forwarders to compete on price and service alone. Once you accept, the winning forwarder's identity, contact, and bank details are revealed instantly.

Is it really free to post a shipment?

Yes. Posting shipments and receiving bids is completely free. The Free plan lets you post up to 5 shipments per week. A small platform fee is paid by the forwarder — added to their weekly bill only after a bid is accepted. You pay the forwarder directly via bank transfer for the freight cost.

How are freight forwarders verified?

Every forwarder goes through strict verification including trade license validation, insurance checks, and reference verification. We also monitor ongoing performance through shipper ratings and reviews to maintain quality standards.

How does payment work?

Once you accept a bid, payment is handled directly between you and the freight forwarder — just like working with any forwarder offline. Freight Solution connects you with the best quotes; payment terms are agreed between you and your chosen forwarder.

What types of cargo can I ship?

All standard cargo types — general merchandise, garments, electronics, industrial goods, perishables, hazardous goods, oversized cargo, and bulk commodities. We handle ocean freight (FCL, LCL, Bulk), air freight, and international courier services worldwide.

Do you support door-to-door delivery?

Yes. Our vetted network includes forwarders who offer full door-to-door service — pickup from your premises to final delivery at destination address.

How do I track my shipment after booking?

You'll have access to a real-time tracking dashboard. You'll also receive automated email and SMS notifications at each milestone — pickup, departure, arrival, customs clearance, and final delivery.

How do I join as a shipper or forwarder?

During sign-up, simply select your role — Shipper or Freight Forwarder. Upload the required documents and you're ready to start posting shipments or bidding on cargo. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
